These terms govern your use of Brymbl's website generation and hosting service. By claiming a Brymbl site, you agree to these terms.
Brymbl generates one-page websites for local service businesses using publicly available Google Business Profile data. Preview sites are created before any contact with the business owner. Claimed sites are hosted on brymbl.com subdomains.
Preview sites are generated automatically and remain live for 14 days. They are marked with a “noindex” tag to prevent search engine indexing. If not claimed within 14 days, preview sites move to an inactive state.
Claiming a site activates it for live use. The subscription costs £49 per month (or the current yearly rate). Payment is processed through Polar. You can cancel at any time — your site will move to an inactive state at the end of the billing period.
All site content is generated from publicly available data. We do not invent claims, awards, or certifications. After claiming, you may update content via our WhatsApp editing feature or the customer settings form. You are responsible for ensuring any content you add or modify is accurate.
Sites are hosted on brymbl.com subdomains. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to suspend sites that violate these terms or for non-payment.
The Brymbl platform, design templates, and generated copy are our intellectual property. Google Business Profile data, reviews, and photos belong to their respective owners and are displayed with attribution.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp, emailing hello@brymbl.com, or through your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your site remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it moves to an inactive holding state. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation.
Brymbl is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
