Does it work on my platform?

What happens when it doesn't know an answer?
It says so honestly and offers to take the question as a lead: name, phone, and what the shopper wanted, straight to you. Unanswered questions also appear in your weekly insights, so the gap gets closed.
Can shoppers trick it into discounts or wrong prices?
No. Prices and stock come from your synced catalog, never from the model's memory. It physically can't invent a price or a coupon. Go ahead and try on the agent above.
Where does my data go?
