  • Google Business Profile data: Publicly available business information including business name, address, phone number, services, opening hours, reviews, and photos.
  • Contact information: Email addresses and phone numbers provided when claiming a site or submitting enquiries.
  • Usage data: Page views, clicks, and interaction data collected through our analytics system.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider, Polar. We do not store card details directly.
  • WhatsApp messages: Content of messages exchanged with our WhatsApp agent for the purpose of updating site content.

3. How we use your information

  • To generate and host your Brymbl website
  • To send outreach communications about your preview site
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To route lead enquiries to your preferred contact method
  • To update your website content via WhatsApp
  • To improve our service and understand usage patterns

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on: legitimate interests (generating preview sites from public business data), contract performance (when you claim and pay for a site), and consent (for marketing communications and WhatsApp interactions).

We share data with the following third-party services to operate Brymbl:

  • Polar: Payment processing
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Supabase: Database hosting
  • Vercel: Website hosting
  • Cloudflare: DNS and security

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your Brymbl site is active. If your preview expires without being claimed, we retain the data for 90 days before deletion. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
